WHEN SOMETHING DOESN’T FEEL RIGHT
Concerns Shouldn’t Wait
for a Routine Visit
Urgent care is for health concerns that need prompt veterinary attention but are not immediately life-threatening.
You don’t need to know exactly what’s wrong before calling. If you’ve noticed a sudden change in your pet’s health or behaviour, start by telling us what you’re seeing.
Vomiting or Diarrhea
Especially when symptoms are new, recurring, or your pet isn’t acting like themselves.
Limping or Pain
New limping, stiffness, soreness, or discomfort when your pet can still stand and walk.
Ear or Eye Concerns
Redness, irritation, discharge, head shaking, squinting, or other sudden changes.
Skin Problems
Itching, rashes, hot spots, minor wounds, swelling, or other skin concerns.
Not Eating or Acting Normally
A sudden loss of appetite, unusual tiredness, or a noticeable change in behaviour.
Coughing or Sneezing
New coughing, sneezing, or nasal discharge without difficulty breathing.
Feather or Behaviour Changes
Eating or Dropping Changes
