Covid-19 Protocols - Curbside Care

We are open for Curbside PickUp and Curbside Medical Care for your pet. Our goal is to keep you, your pet, and our veterinary team as safe as possible during these unforeseen times.

We have Restricted Access which means that we are not able to have you come in for your pet's appointment. We deeply sympathize with our pet owners and appreciate that this is not an ideal situation. Under different circumstances, we always encourage family members to be present for appointments. All of our veterinary team would want the same for our own pets.

Please find comfort in knowing that when your pets are in our care we are always looking after their well-being and trying to reduce any stress through our low-stress methods and Low-Stress Certification. We are treating your pets in the same way that we want our own pets treated.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we continuously adapt to this ever-changing time. We are continuously re-evaluating and changing our ways in order to help improve our curbside system and improve your overall experience. Taking care of your pets and helping you through their appointment is our top priority.

When You Arrive

  1. Your pet needs to arrive in a carrier or be on a leash. For safety reasons, we are unable to take your pet from your arms. 
  2. Please call 905-827-1171 to let us know that you have arrived for your appointment. If you are unable to get through please try again. We apologize for this inconvenience and are trying our best to answer our calls as quickly as we can.
  3. We will meet you outside to bring your pet in and proceed with the appointment and your veterinarian will call you with their findings and recommendations. 
  4. Once the appointment is finished we can accept payment over the phone using a credit card or e-transfer.
